Banded Hamstring

5 x 3 Deadlift 5x3 @ 75%

5 Sets of 3 Deadlifts at 75% of your 1RM
Hold onto the bar for the return, lowering it to the floor the same way it came up.
Corkscrew your feet into the floor and push the floor away from the bar,
